Hey there.
Yes, we are still working like mad behind the scenes (and the website) to deliver more projects to our incredible talent. While the economy seems to be slowing down, TalentSoup talent are still in demand! So, keep your profiles updated and be sure to upload any new pictures should you make any dramatic changes to yourself (think hair color, a new piercing or maybe that giant chin implant you've always wanted!! Kidding, of course).
Don't forget you can add as many pics to your profile as you need to show our clients your "visual range". Great beach shots, dressed up for a night on the town, out playing football with friends, dressed to kill for a fun party...all of these events make for great images so put up some fresh shots!
To keep you guessing, the Talent Chefs are busy at work crafting some delicious changes to the site that will help us to help you land more work...shh..it's a secret!!

First, Atlanta has a bunch of great looking people! Thanks to all that came out for the casting. We had a great turnout and the client is going to be blown away! All information and updates will be posted here so no email or phone calls about this project. We will present the casting to the client shortly.

Job:
Print Photo Shoot, Advertising Campaign for Casino in Choctaw, Mississippi
Shoot to take place in Choctaw, Mississippi on July 21st-July 24th. Chosen talent will be there for one of those days.
To be considered for this project, you must attend the in person casting and have personal transportation to Choctaw, Mississippi

Principal Talent will be paid: $1200 for up to 8 hours on set, $350 reimbursement for mileage, and $400 travel time (depending on location you are traveling from), hotel stay, and meal vouchers at hotel
Extras: $100 an hour (4 hour minimum), $350 mileage (depending on location you are traveling from), hotel stay, meal vouchers at hotel
Project Details:
If selected, you must have transportation to travel to Choctaw, MS, and possibly stay in hotel overnight the night before (hotel provided) and take part in a photoshoot one of the following days, Monday, July 21st through Thrusday, July 24th.

Payment - The chosen talent will be paid $1200-$1600, dependent upon total set time

We have a Georgia-based client that needs a select number of people for an upcoming print campaign. This will be a fun shoot and we need a good range...here are some specs-
Who: TalentSoup talent-
Caucasian Men, 23-30
Caucasian Boys, Pre-school
Hispanic Women, 23-30
Hispanic Girls, Pre-school

What:
Print Photo Shoot for Georgia Only Use
Pays:
Adults $900 the day of their shoot

How to play:

This is a short-notice casting sponsored by TalentSoup and we need women (must have great hands and be between 26 and 46 years old!!) and boys (9-12)!
Our client is a telecommunications company and we need women and boys to come by for some quick shots, and if you are a mother/son team all the better!
All talent coming out for the casting must be available for the shoot, Friday, May 2nd, in Atlanta, if the event they are chosen. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE...thanks.

Who:

What:
>>IN PERSON CASTING - To be submitted for a print advertising photo shoot that will take place in an Atlanta studio, Friday, May 2nd. Please come to the casting only if you are available on Friday, May 2nd.
Payment*:
>> Chosen talent are guaranteed a 4 hour minimum (moms @ $100 an hour / boys @ $65 an hour) as they will be unrecognized, modeling their hands holding a product together
>> In the event the client decides to use their faces, the talent will also be paid for usage (moms an additional $900 / boys and additional $550)
So, chosen models could make up to $1300 (moms) and $810 (boys)
When:
>> The CASTING is Wednesday, April 30th. Come by the studio ANYTIME between 12:00 pm and 6:30 pm for some quick shots

>> Studio 900, 900 Dekalb Ave, Atlanta, GA
The studio is a black building, loading dock in front, with 900 written on front. There is parking in the gravel lot out front, or in the side lot. Once inside the building head to the back studio, looking for the Casting signs.

| SCHOOL PROJECT CLOSED: Atlanta Project Needs Kids and Adults - Pays up to $900 if chosen |
Thanks again to everyone that turned up for the casting last week. This project is now closed and chosen talent have been contacted.
TalentSoup is looking for kids and adults for an upcoming advertising photo shoot. To be considered, you (or your kids!) must come to the casting to get some photos taken.
Here are the details-
WHO:
Females ages, 25-45 yrs to play the role of teacher, all ethnicities
Boys and girls, 6 months to 8 years old, all ethnicities
PAYMENT (if chosen):
We will need you for up to 5 hours on set one of the shoot dates. Adults will be paid $900, kids will be paid $500 day of shoot. These images will be used for advertising and the usage is unlimited, with unlimited time.
CASTING DATE:
Tuesday, April 8th, come anytime between 11:00am-6:30pm, (no appointment needed). We will take a few photos and collect your info. Typically this process takes just a few minutes.
Attire: what you would wear to school.

| PROJECT CLOSED: National Gas Station Company - Pays $1000 for 2 hours |
In an effort to keep you more informed (which we've done a lousy job of in the past), we are now casting for an internal project for a national gas station chain. The project will book 6 people and we are reviewing all ethnicities, 18-35 year old men and women.
The chosen talent will spend 2 hours on set and be paid $1000 for their time, the day of their shoot.
So...make sure your profiles are complete (That means current contact info AND ALL OF YOUR SIZES!!) and you'll be in the mix! We do the work, you show up and look good...it's simple.
