Our marketplace is a great way for your talent to find work, build their portfolios and help you discover who in your corral has real market potential. Partnering with TalentSoup is easy: our clients get access to your talent, we share the love when we book them, and then you smile.

So we are all on the same page, here's the meat:

• You get 60% of any agency fees when we book your talent. Any service fees collected from your talent are not part of this fee sharing agreement.
• Talent are paid directly, typically the day of their shoot. Any fee agreements you have with your talent are outside this agreement. You are always paid within 60 days after booking.
• You maintain Right of Refusal for any project your talent are being submitted for. You control your talent's bookings, period.
• We never poach your talent and we can part ways at anytime.
